To be eligible for a return, the order must have been placed while logged in as a member. Orders placed as a guest (without an account) are not eligible for returns. We therefore recommend creating a free account before placing your order.

Return Shipping Cost

In cases of defective products or incorrect shipments, return shipping costs are covered by us.

In all other cases, for orders below 1500 TRY, a 100 TRY return shipping fee will be charged to the customer.
